why do guys always avoid dumping girls to try not to seem the 'bad guy'?

ive only done that once and i think it was out of insecurities...she was GORGEOUS, older, good job, bad ass truck, good music, smoked buds, i mean dream chick! she had a kid, no problem...but she was always with guys, not necessarily in a physical way, but it was just imposing...so i moved...no warning, no phone call, NOTHIN...i feel bad about it...never made contact almost 4 years later...its lame...but its just what us young and dumb guys do...id like to make amends, but it seems like you girls that have that happen to them get a lil bitter...so ill steer clear

some guys and girls for that matter just figure there is nothing left to say. anything that will be said will cause hurt.

some are non-confrontational, or chickenshyte, or merely fickwads

but often they think it was already clear and nothing more to say

so there are a variety of reasons but just ditching is the
