i am so confused about my stupid cell phone return policy and its not funny. Did you get it from circut city? No T-Mobile, along with a 2year contract. I understand the contract and I am happy with the plan. Just Im not happy with my new phone I got. I thought it was a cool phone and it had what I wanted on it. And now that I had it for a week, I am unhappy with it already. Its not what I'm used it, nor do I care for it anymore. You can read part of the return policy, in computer/tech that I dont understand ...My cell phone post. |

Don't you get a 30day return police but you have to pay a open/restocking fee?

Put the box and everything in a bag, haul my tush down to T-Mobile and tell them you dont like the phone. Ask if you can just trade it for another one. Cant hurt and have them explane the return policy. |

Don't you get a 30day return police but you have to pay a open/restocking fee? No its a 14day period. I didnt pay an open/activate fee. But I dont know about the restocking fee. |
