Topic: If someone lied

Ok so I know I am probably going to get sh!t for this but here goes. I've come to realize that guys tend to .. oh whats the word over-exaggerate, just a tad at times. I let these small little white lies go because it will only hurt thier man pride if you call them out on every single little embelishment. Just let them think you believe them when they claim to drink 30 beers when you know it was probably more like 12. I'm not saying all guys do this but enough of you do that I have come to accept it and even find it slightly endearing. (We know you guys want to impress us, it's cute really) It's just the opposite the claim it was just a six pack But really it was six six packs.

If some guy told me that I would think he was a drunken loser and kick him to the curb. I just meant it as an example of exaggerating. They think silly things like that impress us I just ignore it because I know most of the time it's not true.

If I was close to the person who was a perpetual liar yeah, Id call them on it. And if it hurt someone I cared about I'd call anyone on it. That's just the kind of person I am.

Most of the time call them out but there are times you just know, they know you know and you just move on...sometimes it's to the way you deal with the: perpetual liar... avoid them. You just can't fix some things and who needs the hassle or the negative influence?

But I never lie, honest... Come on, you know I'd never lie to your face... I swear, honest hehe pick one I just call em straight out and say "you got some splainin to do!"

It depends of the severity of the lie. If it were something trivial, I'd probably let it go. But, if it were something major, like she went MIA for a few days, I'd have to call her out.

Yes I would. I would do it privately, not in public. Praise in public, Criticize in private.

I'm pretty sure that you met my ex also!!!! Yes I did call him on it numerous times and he always acted offended that I didn't believe him-so I ended up feeling guilty! He only once came out and admitted that he lied and I nearly passed out! OMG! Did we have the same ex? Not possible, that was his first and only marriage
