I am getting ready for a second date with a woman that I really like and she really likes me. My question is, Are flowers/rose(s) appropriate on a second date? If so, what kind/color?

Actually I believe Yellow roses symbolize friendship flowerforyou

But for only a second date I would go with something a little less romantic, maybe lilies?

well i think a single flower would be sweet. it lets you know you were thinking of her but it doesnt seem pushy. to me i guess. id say a lighter color pink or yellow.

How odd, you're name is Kayak, and the guy below you is going Kayaking!! laugh laugh laugh

I think it's so sweet that you are thinking of getting her something at all for a second date. You must be one special fellow, and she obviously impressed you quite a bit.

If you are picking her up at her home, just a general bouquet with mixed would be very nice and has NO implication other than, "I like you".

Yeah, it is kinda odd, we were supposed to go kayaking today too, but there was a change in plans. We're gonna go kayaking next time.

No I'm not picking her up at her home, we are going to meet at a restaurant.

I do thank you all for your imput.

A single condom like a single flower tells her alot about yourself too.

I honestly would go with a nice summer bouquet.. "sunflowers/mixed arrangement" (personal preference happy ) I hope you have an awesome 2nd date! Good luck to you!

I'm not sure what yellow roses symbolize..but those are my FAVORITE!

A wonderful gesture that would be appreciated by most ANY woman but I would not go for roses; try a bouquet of assorted fresh flowers. It's too soon for roses.
