...as exercise. As I was watching a newscast, a personal trainer was advocating pole dancing as a vigorous form of exercise that tightens and tones muscles. What are your thoughts? (I have to admit that last time that I witnessed pole dancing moost of the ladies were toned no doubt. And I put a dollar in ...never mind.)

do you really know how strong your legs muscles have to be to be able to hold your weight while your leg is wrapped around a pole and you are hanging upside down?

Yes I have heard that it is a wonderful way to tone the body. I am just having a difficult time finding a pole to dance on.....

The lingerie shop downtown here has all kinds of dance and excercise classes, pole dancing is one of them.

Yea I love pole dancing..lol or just a plain ole strip tease...(behind closed doors mainly)...that works too..lol Works off the calories fast..:P

I can have a messenger sent with this buck or two and I can watch the messenger stuff your g-string by webcam, too. This CAN work!!! Although, the messenger MAY end up being some 60 year old man! Still, the entertainment value on my side would be priceless.
