Sounds perfect 45 is around the perfect age for a gal to be and she doesnt have kids so she has more free time. Probably mature and lives a stable life. Don't get no better than that.

sign me up. Kids are great, but a woman who never had any.. must have had other priorities, so possibly would know what she wants out of life.
