Thank you all so much for your time and your prayers, my sister is still in the hospital. They did a CAT scan for her, possibly for kidney stones, but instead they saw a mass on her ovary. She had an ultrasound done but I haven't heard the results of that yet. The doctor is hoping it is just a cyst and not a tumor.

UPDATE:
They sent Patricia home from the hospital last night after I left. The doctor couldn't tell anything specific from the ultrasound, but they think she also passed a kidney stone while at the hospital. She is still in pain and is on painkillers but they aren't working very well, and she can hardly do anything. Which is annoying when you have a little one running around, not to mention the three dogs. She has to go to her gynecologist for a follow-up but they can't take her until Thursday!! Thank you all for the continuing support. This means so much to me.

I hope it is something like a kidney stone. Hurts now, but, fairly easy to recover from.
Like giving birth to the HULK,  I know, but it will pass.Prayers

I just got a phone call from my mom that my sister is in the hospital, with severe stomach pains. She is waiting to be brought down for testing but they think it might be either her gall bladder or her appendix....She has five kids that range from 17 to 4 yrs old. Just say a small prayer for Patricia, it is much appreciated. Love and Light

Spent some time with my sister today for her son's birthday....
She said they think she passed the kidney stones and the result of the test on the cyst is that it is a dermoid cyst. That is what was causing most of the pain and the nauseaous feeling, and how she never realized she passed the stones. She will find out on Thursday what they can do about the ping-pong ball sized cyst. Thanks again everyone.
