This Weekend (Aug. 16th and 17th), My friends an I from work are holding our 4th annual fundraiser to help the families of kids with cancer.
It's called "Katelyn's Kause" and to date, We've raised about $50,000.00 !! We're all hoping that this year will be the biggest yet. I can't think of anything better than helping kids, And if you can have a good time doing it, That's fantastic. |

In my line of work, There's really no sense of accomplishment. So when you get a chance to be proud of yourself and your peers, It means alot.
Everybody should look into helping some cause in any little way. When you see how your effort really means something, It's priceless. Hen, wear good socks

I just saved a baby praying mantis the other day - is that a good thing??
 Such an incredible facinating creature, i was talking to it and it's head shifted around to look me square in the eyes - i don't know if it was my voice or the wind from my breath that made it do rhat? but it was so interesting watching it watching me - then i let it go out in the wild again, a moment of beauty in ones daily life -

My baby has worn eye glasses for a year now. She's two and she sees a dr every three months for her eyes. The dr. has changed her prescription four times now. He told me that she would eventually just go blind, and there was nothing they could do. I took her a few weeks ago, expecting another prescription change and another new pair of glasses and some more bad news. However, he said her eyes were looking a little worse, but he wasn't going to change her lenses. This is great news!!!! I'm really hoping that she doesn't go blind and that her eyes will just get better and stronger.

I'm sorry- actually the good news is that I am packed and ready to go back ot my home state of Minnesota today and to celebrate my sons and my birthday - I am happy to bealive another year and to have such great family...thats my good news

I woke up to another beautiful day, I have been blessed with so many of these in my life.....apx 16060+ to be more exact.
My kids are doing well. My animals are doing well. My love life is on an upswing. I am so full of the energy of life and feeling bouyant. It is all good

I'm sorry- actually the good news is that I am packed and ready to go back ot my home state of Minneapolis today and to celebrate my sons and my birthday - I am happy to be alive another year and to have such great family...thats my good news boy i'm with you 100% on that scream - enjoy it all, and many more to come ok? -
