I need to get my butt out walking now that the weather has cooled down here. I gain 15 back from the 20 I lost last year oh well.

9:30 here. crawled in bed to stay warm. going to get quite chilly tonight. Yea i feel more energized since going to the gym regularly. Lost 10 1/2 inches in 4 weeks. Just need to keep going.

Hi music, carold, bonnie, Well if you want to confound your existing confused political mind, go to the politics forum. I wanted to hear what they were saying about the 2 candidates. I have been getting a lot of religious right hate mail about Obama. There has been some forwarding and labeling him as the "antichrist". Sheesh, politics at their worse. Anyways don't want to talk politics. Bonnie, I think you'll find this interesting. On mututal match some Texan whose mug shot I was looking at wrote that he has found his soulmate and thanks for all the emails.... and we all say "AAAAAHHHHH"

Hate the sin love the sinner. Seek and save the lost. Shoving their views down someone throat just turns me off. Poly I'm from Texas lol looking for a long term realtionship with commitment involved. But we have allot of them looking for FWB's getting conflicted out in this dating world at 50. O me o my :)
