      how many of you like your bbq ribs?? The big beef ribs, or the smaller pork ribs?? (maybe along with potato salad, green beans, and corn on the cobb.)

      I prefer beef over pork ribs
 and venison over beef. But they're all great when BBQ'd | |

      Beef Ribs -  Blah def not for BBQin... too fatty and greasy... best used for soups and maybe braised
 Pork Ribs - Now we are talking!! Pork ribs are the way to go! Def with corn on the cob and potato salad! YumYum | |
