I live in 105 apt complex[7 buildings]There are breezeways[4 apts up/4 apts down]I live downstairs/only person to have a stormdoor[I paid for it]I also have a pug that has a fit when someone walks pass the door or window.[he will let people pet him, when he is outside]The Rule is that you don't hang out in the breezeway,So when a group of kids starting doing it,I asked them not to/my room-mate who is 62 and in a wheelchair/the dog and kids get on her nerves. The Front-Office came down and talk to them,No Good.I've to keep my door shut/pull my curtains cause they will walk pass the window 3/4 times/someone almost torn the tag off my car/breaks pieces off my silk flowers/throw mud on my door/trash around my door/my window/knock on my door and run away. All because I ask them, not to do it.It gets worse everyday.I'm afraid to say to much to them because I don't want any trouble.I want to move so bad but can't really afford it,this is low-rent housing. My apt is really nice. The cops are up here almost everyday for something.Today was the first day,I was afraid to walk my dog.I really don't know what to do but there has to be something.Thank you for letting me run my mouth.

It really sounds like you have to move... It's not going to improve. As soon as they are gone, another group will replace them. I hate to say, and it's so crappy that it happens... but there isn't a whole lot you can do. Teens ( and many adults ) can be so disrespectful sometimes.

it is okay, and you are a good girl. sometimes venting is the best thing and in of itself will help you verily.

people make me sad but they still are my heroes.

File police reports...eventually they will pile up on the landlord's desk and they will have to act. Everytime something is a mess in front, call the cops...they're messing with your property especially with the car, that is vandalism...then the management has to step in or the police will start citing them.
