You're right it is not just Chinese food, any restaurant has to be
clean in handling its food. My daughter's husband worked in a Mexican
restaurant and they had rats running around the kitchen and they even
let the help (illegals) bring in pigeons and a duck they had killed and
cook it in the kitchen with the rest of the food. And, their hot water
heater had broken and was down for about 8 weeks before the owner got it
fixed so, the customers were eating of dishes that were washed in cold
water, yummy, don't you think. Never have frequented that place and
never will. Yuk!!!!!

well i used to work at... dont know if i can say but it rymes with
fennigans and there was rats everywhere they would run across our feet,
eat the bread, my manager would just rip it off and serve it. roaches in
the soup and dressing, this one time the rat ran into the front all the
guest ran out it was gross but pretty funny. it really was disgusting. i
told people not to eat there. well they finally got shut down. which was
a shame its a nice big resturant the fridge is enourmus. its got a big
bar. it would make money if they took care of it, well its for sale now,
i told my friend we should buy it but we dont have that kinda $$$ but
whoever gets it if they give it tlc.. will make $$.
