If you truly love a person, you'll want him/her to be happy even though you can't be with him/her, right?

I suppose , but after 16 years , crap gets old and sometimes ya just wanna get on with your life... If I left him tomorrow, yes , I would want him to be happy.

I think what we are talking about is unconditional love... and that's pretty hard to find/have for someone besides your family and your children especially.
