I work at a state university and the activists there continually harass not only teachers but students too. Just yesterday, they've posted malicious ideas about a particular issue in my college and twist everything. I just wonder, how could they be stopped if no one, not even our college admin. (It's morning, I'm freaking tired of them, venting out on here. mad mad )

Yes ,we just had a vigilante post on here and they probably ended up doing damage to an innocent person in their blind fury.

malicious ideas about a particular issue?

sounds pretty vague.

You can't shush everyone that says something that you don't agree with.

Perhaps I should given a bit of background but nah. True that I can't shush everyone, nor even my colleagues. That's perhaps the beauty of freedom of expression (however you put it). But when there's been agreement made between two parties (faculty, admin and activists) and the latter maligns, spread rumors about what has been agreed upon and blatantly disrespects and negatively criticize us--- how about it? (soz, lost my train of thought. Too tired.  mad mad mad )
