My biggest problem is how can I get out more and meet someone? I am single white female in my late 30's looking for a single white guy in his 30's...........in OHio. I am shy, really not a really good talking person, How can I prove myself to be out going more? Any help here?

Meeting new people thru friends is a great way to get out there...or host a bbq and have your friends invite everyone and anyone they kno...who's single. lol.

You have taken your first step, you know you need to get out. I was in the same situation...I volunteer, I take classes, make and stick to plans of going out with friends, find some interest and do them..... Just a side note this takes action so be prepared to move

I see you like bowling so go bowling or join a league. Do things that you feel comfortable doing. good luck
