horror stories about meeting me you have met online? Perhaps they will help keep someone from making the same mistakes or help them realize what they need to be watching for to avoid bad meetings.

A friend of mine went and met a guy she had met online. They had hit it off very well online but when they met in person she did not even recognize him. She was hurt that he had misled her and had not been honest with her.

Another one of my friends went and met a guy she had been chatting with for a week. When she got to the meeting point the first thing he told her was he had gotten a motel room and was she ready to put out. She immediately left for home.

Well, I went on a date with one guy who at first seemed like a complete gentlemen. Then he decided to make his move and kiss me, the next thing I knew he was coming at me with his tongue hanging out. I stopped him from kissing me (if that's what you want to call it) and ended the date for the night.

I also went on another date with a guy, who was extremely dishonest about a couple of things. The picture that he had up was extremely small so it was hard to make out what he looked like. When he showed up, his face was completely scarred from 3rd degree burns from a fire that he was in years back. I mean it was horrific. But I was polite and we went to dinner and ended the date. Well, the next thing I know, I get an email from his WIFE saying that he's been cheating on her so I told her exactly what happened and told her I wouldn't have any contact with him again. He then IM's me and I tell him I know the truth and don't want anything to do with him anymore but he kept contacting me calling me all kinds of names and trying to justify his cheating so I blocked him. But he keeps getting new usernames and sends me IM's calling me every name you can think of all because he was busted.noway ohwell
