Absolutely, yes.
It is embarrassing to feel ignored, especially in this venue. Have you checked the number of views on a given thread, versus the actual posts? It might help you to realize that many more folks view your comments and profile than you realize. Lack of comment does not equal disapproval. There are any number of reasons that viewers remain in stealth mode or are silent. You are not ignored.

Yes being ignored is terrible to a person, but just look at it this way, it is their loss

No...I do nothing out of character, but being ignored does really get under my skin. The only other similar thing that annoys me more is when someone acts as if I have an 'off' button...by changing subjects mid-conversation or abruptly ending it without explaination.
