toilet paper goes UNDER!! but Jules, if you put the toilet paper under you have farther to reach to grab it when needed! TP needs to be close..plus it looks neater hanging over like a towel. Offshore drilling... After studying the locations of where the Government is wanting to drill and why they have to get a bill passed to do so; the Government is going after one thing and it's not oil. 4 key locations they want to drill off Coast are, off the Coast not far from the Canary Islands in California, off the Coast of Florida in the Gulf and East of Miami, Off the Eastern Coast of Savannah Georgia up to North Carolina, and off the South West Coast of Alaska. Why? ...GOLD! To find the remaining Gold lost with the vessels of the Spanish Fleet stolen back in the Civil War, that were lost at sea. Worth Billions, and all the remaining vessels are believed to be scattered in these locations, but left undiscovered because they are lost in Aquatic Reserves that do not allow blasting or tampering due to the preservation of these areas. So, with the push and excuse of high gas prices and the Government saying we have a shortage; they're going to get what they want... ...even if we don't truly have a shortage. It's just an excuse for control, and the Government is getting what it wants.
