i'm more of a relationship person so i would not stay in a relationship
outside of friendship with them but some people i know that are just
into dating would stay.

I will insist that it is a mate I want, or that the purpose of the
relationship is to be a mate to someone that I love. Failing to achieve
this, I will have to find someone else.

Just in case U also meant A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP INVOLVING
COHABITATION. At one time, it took me about 3 months to ascertain that
they did not want to cohabit even though they appeared to desire a 'long
term' relationship. So I wondered then, if they were not USING me, UNTIL
they aquire someone they wished to hook up with. But they do not want
anyone come CLOSE to me. What did I do? I started to look for someone
else who wants to cohabit. By looking I mean 'doing the ground work'that
is talking, and talking and talking about what matters for a
relationship 2 work; or what CAUSES relationships to break-up,2 C what
the 'sought' thinks about those issues.

ALLL I CAN SAY IS THAT RELATIONSHIP SUCKS,IT STINKS SOOOOOOO MUCH,IT
MAKES ME WANT TO VOMIT

i think you have to decide what you are getting out of the relationship
and what you need. a relationship should not be one sided. if both
people involved are getting what they need and want then that seems
okay. if you want/need more than i think you need to pursue what you
need- but be honest.

and if I am putting out in a relationship to a person that is not
returning my love then I'd rather be alone till I found someone that
did. Can't see how hanging on to someone is getting you any closer to
where you are really suppose to be!

If your both being honest and open with each other then you wouldn't be
looking for an answer to that question. She would know how I felt up
front....and I would expect no less from her in return.
