My 21 yr old Personal trainer just called me to tell me he's going to kick my ass tomorrow & then help me pass an essay that I need to get my Certs!

Its just I see alot of inexperience in these trainers these days. It takes more than an internet course to have true knowledge on training an individual. In the industry we call these people "Paper trainers" . Good luck though I know that look! No worries he makes me look up what I don't know! lol

Yes u r right! I just about live at the Gym & I have been Training for about 3 months now living & learning!

it took me 5 years of trial and error to find great workouts,i have about 20 now(hint:never step into a plateau)
