I have been exhausted ALL day. and not that it is night time, I am WIDE awake. What the hell!
Might as well do something productive with my time like clean or something. Has this ever happened to you? |

Actually it's been happening often to me here lately. I get a decent amount of good sleep, but then during the middle of the day I get so sleepy that I literally have to force myself to keep going or I feel like I'm just going to collapse. Wonder if it is just the fact that I'm getting older and this comes with my age?

Actually it's been happening often to me here lately. I get a decent amount of good sleep, but then during the middle of the day I get so sleepy that I literally have to force myself to keep going or I feel like I'm just going to collapse. Wonder if it is just the fact that I'm getting older and this comes with my age? Don't say that! I am only 27!

sometimes if you have too much excess energy it waines on your overall energy supply and you feel tired yet restless. in that case you might try exercising for an hour or so to getrid of all of that excess energy. also, sleeping too much may also cause you to tire as well.
