exactly. so many smokers expect the rest of us to accept thier mess as normal. I deal with it with my friends all the time and i am an adult. When i think of someone doing that with a kid..... well it make these laws seem very logical.
I wonder whose gonna enforce the no smoking in you own home law though.... the tobacco police?

thanks flowerforyou

but yes i agree, the police service arnt going to knock on everyones door every day, so i dont think this new law will be very successful, its much easier for smokers to just be more respectful and thats not hard, simple as. flowerforyou

it does seem to me though that a lot of smokers just dont get it. if everyone was like you this would be a non issue. I collect radiuoactive minerals as i said. If someone was getting near my storage cask, i would warn them, let them know what is in there, what the danger is... ( which is about the same as a smoke detector) and let them make thier own decision as to proceed or not. (actually they would have to be in the back of my locked shed)I expect the same courtesy from smokers but so many think it is thier right to pollute my lungs. I can see both sides of this, but by looking at it from an objective position it seems to me that the smokers dont have an argument that makes any sense. It really is a public health hazard issue.
