Missing Pa. teen on Internet dating site found
By Associated Press, August 1, 2008 Last updated: Friday, August 1, 2008 9:28 AM EDT BEAVER, Pa. (AP) — A 15-year-old Allegheny County girl who pretended to be 26 on an Internet dating site has been found safe in the apartment of a Beaver County man. Police in Brighton Township are now investigating how the girl got to the apartment in their jurisdiction and whether the man who lives there will face criminal charges. The girl was reported missing Tuesday from Moon Township, west of Pittsburgh. Her mother told police the girl had been spending time on (another site), an Internet and phone dating site on which the girl claimed to be 26 “seeking male companionship.” The girl was found Thursday and is now back home. ** Careful who you're talking to, boys and girls... and all of us adults! |

He obviously thought she was 26! Lots of people (if they're lonely enough) would let someone stay for a few days... weeks... even if they just met. I knew someone that met a girl and 3 days later moved in with her. Of course he moved out 2 weeks later after I told him what a stupid move that was!

Wow! She wasn't even old enough to drive? DANG!
The first clue the guy should have had was when she pulled up to his apartment on her bicycle. ![]() He will be going away for awhile. ![]() |

First order of business when admitting a total stranger into your home and presumably your bed is to ask for photo ID.
