Iknw it is hard hun; adding suger is just as much an adiction as
alchohol and tobacco. BUt it can be beat and once you do, you will be oh so much happier for it. Also keep in mind the human body was designed to need NATURAL sugars such as honey and juices. But granular sugar is man made and does nothing but cause trouble. |
