I filed for bankruptcy Oct 2005. Discharged by judge March 6, 2006.. I need to do it again... This time smaller and due to my situation.... Question... how many yrs apart can u file again???? thank you...

I think it is 7 years with one type of filing and 10 years with another. It will depend on the type.

I Believe 7 and then You Can No Longer do it but I'd ask a Liar I Mean Lawyer about that
