A lady I've known and worked with for many years brought her son to the office the other day. Very tall, very handsome, very well spoken - I told her to give him my number (kinda out of character of me, but I'm tryin!).

So he just called - it's kinda weird. It's been a while since I've just out of the blue talked to someone like that. He had just the right amount of charm and playfulness.

Who knows where it'll go, but I'm guessing I'll at least get a date out of it. It feels good to have hope again.
