I met a guy off line one time (not here) and he was about 100 lbs heavier than in his pic... Needless to say... didn't go very well. If he had posted a current pic, I wouldn't have even thought a thing about it, it was the deception factor that turned me off.

One thing for me... I don't like to feel pressured or rushed into meeting right away (like just after one conversation) I like to get to know someone for a short time, until I feel in my comfort zone to set up a meeting. I'd like to get to know the person somewhat beforehand, get that "feeling". I had someone from a different site hound me from the get go about meeting him.. until it finally became a total turn off.

This is just a thought but isn't there a saying that you get what you pay for...Do you think the same antics and fake photos are on sights that have monthly charges?.... I find that unless I post a photo, no one will message me...what ever happened to not judging from the outside first...While it seems to be okay for the women on here to put pics of everything but themselves or only old head shots ,if a man does it he is deceptive ... The sad part is if I put a pic of a Porsche ,the mail would fly..
