here in toronto, canada it can start anywhere from $350,000 to $400,000 depending on location but its usually around that range.
how much is it where you live? thanks.

my neighbor is trying to sell his 5 bdrm, 3,500 sq ft. house for $300,000.

Anywhere from 50,000 to 80,000.Cheap here, but then noone in their right mind wants to live here.

we only have 3 bedroomed houses around here, in my area there worth about 230 grand thats in uk /english money.

You can buy a nice one here for 70,000. But you have to drive 30 miles to work & shop. We have 1 expensive little grocery store. T3here are also 3 gas stations, some restuarnts, but that's because we are mid way between 2 larger towns & they get hiway bussiness, they would never survive on the locals.

It is insane here......about $490,000 for 2 bdrm.....
my home bought in 1990 for 190,000 today worth $640,000 pretty insane huh. 3 bdrm, 2 bath |

Depending on size of house and property, $100,000 if you like living in a box, up to about $200,000 for a nice piece of property.
