It is definately not as complicated as I seem to make it. Boy and Girl meet. They both fall madly in love or they don't. This is what I am telling myself as I get ready to board the plane. I have been talking to the dark and mysterious Micheal for about 4 months now. Well talking in the since of emails and phone conversations because well when I first encountered Micheal, I knew him as JustThatGuy on a socialization/dating website.

I had seen him post a few things on the online blogs. I found him to be a little arrogent and would have never in a million years thought that I would be boarding a plane with plans to meet him. I had a business trip to go to in Texas and it just happens that I have to head his way.

My boss probably thought I was crazy when in the business meeting I almost jumped out of my chair to volunteer to go down south. It is the lousiest assigment I could have volunteered for; I will be doing a labor analysis that will determine who gets to keep their jobs, who will have to merge responsibilites, and who will get transferred. But it didn't matter to me, it was just the means to get me closer to him.

So I handed the airline attendent my ticket; she scanned it and handed it back. 'Enjoy your flight' she told me. I smiled graciously and made my way to the plane. I don't like flying my ears never adjust properly. I chew gum like a freakin' cow, but it still doesn't help on landing. Take off I'm ok. I usually try to read a magazine or lay my head back and close my eyes. I guess I should be use to flying with all the jet setting I do for my job.

The flight was about 4 hours. One thing I like about the company that I work is that they book non-stop flights. Since, I was by the window, I ended up falling asleep to the hum of the engines.
