Topic: Screen names.

Silly question but I was curious as to whether or not people on here are swayed at all by a person's screen name. As in, if they message you, would it affect you messaging them back or anything along those lines.

I never cared for things like 69hotguy or something like that...(I just made that one up!!) Nothing like referring to yourself as hot to get someone's attention I guess.

The name or looks does not make a difference to me, I go by the individuals personality.

I haven't come across a screen name that has stopped me from messaging someone. Lucky. I've come across some...bad ones that actually made me cringe at how improper they were.

I'll admit, I do notice them and the ones that are overtly sexual generally get passed over.

Gotta agree with you on this one, auburngirl, (though, I frequently do !). The '69' thing is kind of a red flag, don't you think? Well, I guess it depends on what the person is seeking. No judgement of character, just not where I am or what I am interested in at this point. Oh hell I'm screwed. Trust me, the name could be worse...kudos for the Hunter S. Thompson reference...
