Well I am not a guy, but I had guys do that to me..Its just another way to flirt w/ u..I prefer the blowing kiss..versus the whistle and the honking horn though I tell ya that much..
Just not sure what the guy really expects out of us when they do that..like shall I take my heels off and start chasing after the car to give him my number?..

i do it too, but idnt always do it to flirt or anything. sometimes i just do it to throw them off, and get them wondering why did i whistle or blow them a kiss. kinda like what your doin now.
