I am surprised in this day and age how many people feel that if you need therapy, you must be crazy. Yikes. Therapy is not only for the insane. Many perfectly normal people have trouble dealing with issues in their lives and can benefit from seeing a therapist. It doesn't mean they are crazy.

Many perfectly normal people have trouble dealing with issues in their lives and can benefit from seeing a therapist. It doesn't mean they are crazy. But if someone were to actually stage an intervention over my seeing a therapist...I'd have to assume SOMEONE is nuts!
