Ok , So i have only been here a few times and have decided that since I can't figure it out or maybe my sub-con wont allow me to , I NEED someone who will help me on this....
I am comp. disabled on a fixed income. I have a 6 year old , and I have been told I have diabetes!! I have TRIED to do all this on my own now, because when I have gone to the health dept , or no one will set down and help me...I* have even got online to try and figure it out, but call me a dumby. I JUST CAN"T FIGURE IT OUT!!!! HERE IT IS..... Is there ANYONE who is lives a healthy lifestyle who may be WILLING to make me a weekly menu for my daughter and I .... There is a CATCH!!! I can NOT spend more than $52.00 per week!! There for what can I buy that is HEALTHY keeping in mind,I have to have 6 small meals a day...Using only healthy foods. I have to get healthy for my child! SHe can not lose me. I HAVE to sart teaching her what is good for you. She depends on me and deserves nothing less!! P.S. No I can not have my own garden where I live....  |

call and ask to speak to a nutritionist at the hospital.. your dr can write you a referal and it wont cost you a thing

can you even eat for that, i eat once a day and i have a 6 year old, when my friends found out i was pregnant they freaked out but you do what you have too

Get a book called "The 5 day miracle diet".
A co-worked had diabetes and his Dr. told him to get this book. It changed his life. I don't have any issues with blood sugar but I'm using this book too and it is fantastic! The author is Adele Puhn. Has sample menu's and suggestions! Best wishes! |

can you even eat for that, i eat once a day and i have a 6 year old, when my friends found out i was pregnant they freaked out but you do what you have too OK.. Good question... I DO THAT!! But What will it serve her if I keep it up while I am SO sick, and die from Diabetic Shock? All I am asking is if someone else has been thru this, and has since figured it out, or maybe willing to give me some advice on what I can do that I havent already tried to do. |

wish i was more help last i heard you cant die from not eating while pg, i feel for you hon best of luck
my best guess would be a dietation, nutritionist, or someone/thing similar at your local doctor office, clinic or hospital |
