she is making Old-Fashioned Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies. and Pumpkin Streusel Cheesecake Bars. Yummy that sounds good flame.....pass some my way. My appetite is getting a little out of hand since I quit smoking, but that is because food taste so different now. BTW, I flunked my stress test...I have to go back next week for another test, only this time they will inject some kind of dye and take pics of my heart. It's not a cardiac cath. it's called something else but I can't remember the name of it. sure send me the reciepts...I love to collect all kinds of reciepts and cookbooks.....YUMMY |

I think they call that an angiogram. My wife had so many of those cathers done that they had t switch legs and then they said they might have to start going in under her arm, but she didn't last long enough for that. I sure hope everything works out for you. You possibly have a blockage in one of your ateries and they can do a cather and open those up if they aren't to bad. No it's not called an angiogram or angioplasty....they have to inject some kind of radioactive dye into my vein. Take pictures of my heart laying flat, then I have to do the excercise test again...I'll probably flunk that again ( I got short of breath on the one they did today) and I am contributing that to the smoking since I only quit 2 weeks ago.....but just to make sure the Dr. wants to do this other test. ti see if there might be some blockage. |

 ) & the directions, no major mess was there? or is she not done.  make sure she knows i'm joking if she sees that i dissappeared because it took a long time to email you

Cat I did some research on that type of test and I think they call that an electrocardiogram. I know that is one tool they use to evaluate your heart function. I sure hope everything works. The shortness of breath could be from the smoking depneding on how many years you smoked and how much. |

Good Morning Flame,
My daughter is having another headache today. She called me this morning and she isn't doing to good. I sure hope the neurologist can find out what is wrong. I am sure she will have to have more tests. She was in the ER the other night and they gave her the IV meds and they lasted through yesterday. I think I might have to talk to the univesity and possibly have her to withdraw for this semester and let her start fresh next semester. I sure hope that we find out what is bothering her so we can get it fixed. I am doing good my self, just do worry about her. |

I am sorry your daughter is having so many problems, I sure do hope they can find out what the trouble is. Parden me for being so rude as to not ask you how your son is doing.

My son is doing fine. He goe to school everyday and is doing well. He is getting to function much better on his own. He doesn't have any major medical problems so that is a good thing. I have to take my daughter to see the neurologist tomorrow morning. I will let you all know what the outcome is |
