| Topic: any pipe smoker's out there? | |

This seems to fit the bill for genearl discussion best. As you can guess from the topic I smoke a pipe. I was wondering if any one else out there smokes a pipe? There are plenty of sites on this topic, but most of them are geared tward older folks and at 21 I don't fit that bill quite yet. By pipe I mean a tobacco pipe, not the kind that you smoke the green stuff in.

I have from time to time. My favorite is rum flavored.

No but when I was younger I used to have that long stick you'd use to hold your cigarette...not sure of the proper name for that would be. But I thought it was cool, like the old movie stars!

I have a short one of those. My friend bought it for me as a gag birthday gift when I was 18. Little did he know that I thought it was the coolest present ever! I lost it though...Im pretty sure at Denny's Diner. Ahhh to be a college freshmen again

The tobacco I liked wasn't just Rum flavored. I forgot. It was Butter Rum.

I was thinking either briar or merschum. I've never tired water pipes, and as for glass while I suppose there are some folks out there who use them for tobacco they have the stigma of being used for weed.

i have a gorgeous meerschaum pipe i bought in Turkey a few years ago. the meerschaum is carved into the head of a wolf. cost me about $125 or so, but its just a beautiful piece, and was well worth the money. i've only smoked out of it a few times though, i'm more of a marlboro kind of guy myself
