I wrote this tonight, more or less as a part two to my other poem, describing where I will be in the near future. I hold this dream close, so that I strive for it everyday.

I Have A Life Beyond Compare

I have a life beyond compare
Maybe of one, you're unaware
But I will be living a dream,
One day, hopefully with you
With all that we can do
Wading in a beautiful stream.

With the visions I hold
With water so cold
It's as pure as any I've seen.
Trees, with branches that spread
To the heavens, over my head
And plush pastures that are so green.

As I sit on my wide rustic porch
In the evening, by the tiki torch
Listening to the music of the night,
The crickets chirp, the rustling leaves
The gentle soft wind as it breathes
As I take in this wondrous sight.

Sitting in my rocking chair
Taking in, the fresh night air
Listening to the cascading waterfall
With a cup of java in hand
I finally made my stand
Living the dream of it all.

This will be my epic poem, when I finally reached my goal and dream of being that bestselling writer.
