it happens when your page frezzes and you hit the post button multiple times.

From what i can tell, the admins have tested your account, and it seems to be working. The problem is apparently on your end. Beyond this, i'm not sure what to tell you. There are anti- double post files available on the net, try downloading one of those programs, just google anti double posts.
