All i heard was loud explosion like a road side bomb going off then my case caught on fire and burst into flames 10 feet high. I think theres been a terrorist attack on my PC. im using it to post this message right now. the flames are warm and i feel like cooking marshmallows on it. My cd-rom drive turned into a burner today!

Second, don't unplug your computer....Windows will never recover. Close all your applications and shutdown. After you've successfully powered down, you probably should think about how you're going to put out that fire. Go to the tub and run a full bath. Warm or cold water is fine. Carefully carry your cpu and to the tub, careful not to jar any sensitive components, and place them in the tub. After the fire is extinguished, remove from water, blow dry, and you're back in business. |

I found on the Microsoft site that catching on fire is a 'feature'. However it can be removed with a patch fix.
