chapter 1

The humans have come to study gene technology in less than six thousand civilization.

Many scientists are studying about immortal gene and perhaps the secret of it will be solved within one hundred years from now on.

Humans can become immortal at that time.

If many excellent scientists become immortal, the science will be progressed without limit.

The remained problem is whether the scientists are the ones with tender hearts or cruel hearts.

If they are tender-hearted, they will study the problems which serve others.

On the contrary if they are cruel-hearted, they will study---.

If we become immortal, there arises another problem.

The problem is how to kill time.

Though we are very glad if we have a week holiday, if we have holidays as long as one month, the time hung heavy on our hands.

If we become immortal, we may become insane when we have nothing to do as long as one thousand years, ten thousand years ---.

However,if we can find something to which we can devote ourselves, we may be able to evade becoming insane.

It is good if those immortal scientists devote themselves to the studies which serve others.

However if they devote to the studies which make others unhappy----.

It is inevitable this problem finally turns into a grave issue if other civilizations are born in our vast universe.

If the excellent scientist with cruel heart makes science develop without limit, he will get the peerless power,which may tempt him to desire to rule all the universe by dint of wars.

There is every possibility of it.

Naturally aliens with tender hearts will build up the space-alliance to protect themselves.

Can you guess which side will win?

Perhaps the alien with cruel-heart is stronger because he studies and studies focussing on attacking.

As you know attacking is the best defense.

chapter 2

As is told in the previous chapter, the cruel-hearted alien has more chance to win the battle against the tender-hearted aliens.
The cruel-hearted alien who won the battle would have everything his own way and commit his crimes one after another in triumph.

It is a matter of course he would keep comitting evil deed after his win, because his heart is cold and cruel.

The lost tender-hearted aliens can't help trying to return to power quietly in the corner of the universe.

The cruel-hearted alien would go into raptures as the ruler of the universe and may come to have a higher target secondly.

What is the higher target for him?

Now he is the ruler of the universe and can have his own way.

Is there anything that is wanted next?

He may want to be superior to the God who created the whole universe.

Naturally he would start imitating the God in that case.

To begin with he would create a life.

He would create microbes at first and create bigger lives later.

He would create every kind of life.

Of course the planet on which lives are grown would be improved so that they can easily grow up.

However he would come to get tired of it while he is following it as long as several million years.

He would wonder if there are any good ways to kill time.

"Aren't there any good ways to kill time and moreover to be worshipped as the God?"

"That's it!"

"Let's create the same-figured lives with himself, teach them many things as his pets and make them worship him."

"If I make the same-figured lives with myself, I will not be terrified even if I may go to see them."

Humans were created.

He boarded on the space-ship , come down from the air, alighted on the earth and taught created humans farming,words and so on.

Humans made peaceful families, which became groups and the number of them came to be increased.

He was worshipped as a god when he taught farming, words and so on.

He was considerably contented.

However, he got tired of this after a while.

He wondered if there were any more interesting things which could satisfy his cruel mind.

chapter 3

Let's consider how this cruel-hearted Alien thinks then.

"Though humans came to worship me as the God, I need another thing which makes me feel more exciting because I begin to feel boring now. "

"Anyway as I won the battle against tender-hearted aliens, I have nothing to do now."

"I am so boring that I feel as if I were going to die with dullness. "

"However, I don't want to kill myself."

"To observe humans living peacefully doesn't make my cruel heart excited."

"Oh,I hit a good idea."

"Let's try to make humans which I created for my pets wage wars."

"Let's make them kill with one another, which must be exciting."

"To oberve how they cry and how they run away desperately when they are about to be killed might let me evade the tedious situation."

"However, how can I make them break with one another?"

"Humans are apt to be too peaceful."

"Oh, this is a little difficult problem."

"Happily I can see the number of humans has increased into many groups."

"It may not be good to have let them speak the same language."

"The same languate serves to cause little trouble, because people can communicate too well."

"Oh, let each group speak different languages."

The cruel-hearted alien made each group speak different languages all at once by dint of his super-science.

Humans were much surprised, because the language with which they had communicated with each other became useless suddenly.

Therefore they came to talk to the people of other group with gestures.

"What!"

"They started to communicate with each other with gestures!"

"Oh, I've misjudged greatly."

"I thought they would start quarelling if their language were changed."

The cruel-hearted alien happened to hit an idea which might serve to bring about the troubles among humans.

chapter 4

"They fall into the feeling to regard others their own family because they eat the same food and wear the same garments.
If one eat much more delicious food and wear much more gorgeous clothes, the others must be envious of him, which may lead to have the hostile feelings against one another.

But how can I ?

They are making living by means of hunting or gathering berries, which does not produce the gap between the rich people and the poor people.

Their way of living does not produce the gap because there is no way to preserve the food which goes bad in a few days.

To make the gap someone must have the way to preserve the great deal of food.

Anyway I have to make the disparity in wealth.

Oh, that's it!

Let them have coins."

The cruel-hearted alien boarded on the space-ship, came down from the air, alighted on the earth and taught how to make and use coins.

As humans couldn't see through the plot of the cruel-hearted alien, they thanked and began to receive the monetary system.

Therefore disparity in wealth began to grow gradually.

"This very time I may be able to see the quarrel among themselves."

The cruel-hearted alien observed with excitement.

However there happened no quarrel among themselves.

"Dammit!"

"I have no idea why they don't quarrel among themselves!"

"I would take what is owned by the rich by force to satisfy myself."

"Dammit!"

"I have never thought how hard it is to make humans quarrel among themselves!"

The cruel-hearted alien made it a rule to kill time on devoting himself for making humans quarrel among themselves.

Oh, I hit another good idea.

"Oh, that's it!"

"Let's make humans have the greedy mind."

"How?"

"If I find ones who have the tendency to be a little greedy, I will use tricks to let him to be profitable secretly, which may serve to increase the greedy ones. "

"The greedy ones might start the battles with one another."

The cruel-hearted alien gave the greedy ones profitable informations secretly by means of his super-science.

Greedy ones got more power by which they came to have general people at their beck and call.

"Good! I've got it. "

"All I have to do now is just one more effort!"

The cruel-hearted alien gave more informations so that greedy ones could have more power.

At last a petty quarrel happened.

"I made a great hit!"

"I made humans learn how to quarrel. "

"I made a great hit!"

"How smart I am to have created humans which are just like my figure, because I can draw near humans without being noticed!"

"Humans never notice even if I may contact with them."

"Things came to be more interesting."

"I can kill time slightly."

The cruel-hearted alien felt he seemed to be released from the big boredom at last and grinned.

chapter 6

At last the battles happened among the human groups.
Though the greedy men who lead the group cried,
"Attack! Beat them!"

" Deprive the things which they have!",
their men felt half as enthusiastic as they ought to be.

Even though they might swing up their arms, they came to lower their arms when they saw the poor face of the man against whom they were fighting.

The cruel-hearted alien who was watching the scene from a higher place was discouraged.

"Oh, no good.

"I wonder if there is more decisive good way."

"That's it"

" I have to make their consciences atrophied."

"How---?"

"Oh, it's difficult."

The cruel-hearted alien hit an idea by chance.

chapter 7

"Oh, the best thing is religions!"

"All I have to do is to make many religions and go onto the offensive by making good use of innocent spirits of humans'."

"Humans can make their consciences atrophied for the God whom they believe in, as humans are too innocent."

"At first let's make them believe that the God they believe in is the greatest in the universe."

"Next let's tell the believers all that are needed for the believers is to admire the greatest God."

"Let's make them believe the more they admire the greatest God, the happier they will be able to become."

"Next I have only to propagandize the other religions are heresies."

"With this, the following theory will be born: It is the greatest justice to perish heresies."

"Then they can make consciences atrophied and can remain calm even if they kill one another."

"There is no other way to make their consciences atrophied."

"I will be able to see and enjoy big scale slaughtering soon."

"Oh, I feel excited now."

"The founders are needed to make religions."

"Let's nominate some of my men who have glib tongues."

"Oh, I have many of them."

"I have many glib talkers among my men."

"Humans will believe all at once if miracles are shown to them, when they propagate."

"I wonder what kind of miracles are the best."

"Curing disease may be suitable."

"Humans will be very glad if they are cured of disease."

The cruel-hearted alien performed such miracles as diseases are cured of when the founders touched the diseased parts.

Those miracles were nothing but the easiest directions for the aliens who had super-science.

"Oh, a good idea struck me!"

"It may be effective a lot to let them walk on the water".

"It is also easy."

The cruel-hearted alien performed as many miracles as possible.

"However, there are some who are skeptical."

"They are watching the miracles performed by founders with skeptical expressions."

"Such guys may interfere with propagation."

The cruel-hearted alien took steps to erase all of them.

Most of them died of heart attacks suddenly.

"Oh, remained ones have come to be pious."

"Now it is the finishing touches."

"Let's propagate if they do good deed, they can go to Heaven."

"Let's propagate the best one among good deeds is to protect their own God."

"Then the following theory is born.:They can go to Heaven even if they may kill the believers of other religions."

"I've found nothing is more useful than religions to breed the murderers."

"I wonder why I didn't notice such an easy thing."

"Oh, it's a great success!"

Humans began to kill with one another in a great scale.

The cruel-hearted alien was very glad.

"Though it is dull to see humans live peacefully, it is exciting to see them kill one another."

"Oh, it is the best for killing time to see humans kill one another."

"How nice of me to have hit a good idea for killing time!"

"You should understand it is too dull when one become immortal anyway."

"I am contented in these days as the religions become bigger in scale and believers have come to kill with one another in a bigger scale, which serves me to kill time pleasantly."
"I can see the founders who were chosen among my men propagating feeling so relieved."

"I think I can see big scale slaughtering if I can make humans have the habit to read the sutras or the Bible every day, because humans would be hypnotized little by little by reading."

"I feel I am considerably excited when I see humans slaughtered."

"Humans have come to kill pagans in a showy way more and more."

"Oh, I'm very excited and contented."

"However, I have one thing which displeases me."

Humans with inspirations have come to increase in these days."

"Inspirations are very dangerous for us."

"There is a possibility that there will appear someone who will see through that founders of religions are the men of bad aliens."

"Though humans have been lead to kill with one another just as I intended, I can't feel released if the humans with inspiration are not killed entirely."

"It is troublesome to kill all of them because they are too large in number even if I may find such ones with inspirations from space."

The rivers will run red with the blood of the weak.
The streets will smell of rotting flesh, of the weak.
For If there is true immortality, there will be no need for religion...... The angels above will cry for the lives they spent doing what they thought was right, and hells gates will open.... The demons entrapped by centurys of christian beliefs will be free to rape and destroy this planet..... We are mortal for a reason.........

chapter 9

Please realize how dangerous the inspirations are to the cruel-hearted alien by the story of a girl with inspiration before knowing how the cruel-hearted alien killed out those who had inspirations.
Even though the common people may be deceived, those who have sharp inspiration senses the existence of aliens who are working on the moon.

The author, Mr. Haruyuki Kato, who wrote "Love is the energy for healing" introduces the dialogue with his daughter, Haru.

Haru is the second daughter of three sisters.

She seems to have gained the supernatural power after the family moved into Yatugatake, which is in the resort area in the mountain that is famous for the scenic beauty.



"Say, Shinobu(the friend in the kindergarten to which Haru attends) is being scolded by her mom now.
Her dad and mom are quarrelling.

I feel sorry for Sinobu."

"Asuka(her friend in the same kindergarten) was playing with a smile."

"Ah, I want to see Asuka."

"Grandma of dad is well."

"She is at home in Tokyo."

"Though she is well, she is lying on the sofa now."

"Say, I can see the things far away, the moon, for example."

"Let's try to see what is on the moon---"

"Say, Dad. I wonder if there are some rabbits on the moon."

"We often hear there are rabbits on the moon, don't we?"

"Let's see" she said and got into a pose of yoga.

After a while, twenty to thirty seconds later,

"Say, there were no animals which people call them "rabbit" on the moon."

"But there were people."

"Oh, I see, there are people. "

"Then what appearance do they have?" I asked.

"Yes---(she closed her eyes for a few seconds) I will try to see what they look like."

"They are wearing clothes like ours."

"I'll try to find if those clothes are just like ours."

"Just the same, the same."

"Say, there were rabbits which are kept by people."

"I could see them."

"There really were."

She said after she closed her eyes with the expression in which she was looking for something and opened her eyes suddenly.

I asked her if she could see the back side of the moon.

I asked her the question because I had read the book titled "Someone is on the moon, though" iTama publications) which told that there are UFOs or even the base made by humans ! ? in the back side of the moon.

I asked her, and she answered.

"Yes, I can see the back side."

"Let's try to see it."

"Oh, Dad! There are islands. Islands !"

"I haven't known there are islands."

"Oh, there are people on the islands."

"Yes, there are. There are people like us."

"Say, Haru. You are great. That's interesting, isn't it? You can see many things, can't you? You are happy. Isn't it interesting?" I said.

chapter 10

"Say, I couldn't do such a thing before."
"But I came to be able to do it after we moved here.(Yatugatake)."
"Say, And, now, now is now of now, isn't it?"
"I came to be able to see even if I don't get into a pose of yoga."

"And it may be called either 'head' or 'heart'."
"If I think what I want to say, I can speak."
"I can hear,too."

"You can do it, too, Dad ?"

I was at a loss what to answer when I was told so.

I wondered where she learned to get into a pose of yoga.

So I asked her about it.

She said she learned the pose of the Tibetan monk who appears in the cartoon titled "The boy, Asibe".

I couldn't help wondering how great the flexibility and absorbing power of a child is!

The next day Haru began to talk to me in the car by which we were going to the pool nearby.

"Say, I told you I can see the moon, other stars, friends far away and so on."
"That means ---."
"That means there are two myself."
(She slapped her in the chest with her open hand.)
"One is the girl who is talking now."
"And the other is the girl who is transparent or lucid."
"The transparent girl is also myself and she looks at many things, the things far away, for example, the moon."
"Then I can understand."
"Say, the transparent myself is---"
"Therefore, there are two myself but they are always staying together."
"The transparent one parts from me when she goes to see far-away things."
"That's how I see far-away things."
"Say, the transparent myself is my 'heart'."
"That's the very heart."

I thought she was right.

I have never had such an experience.

However she explains what she experienced personally.

The clear eyes of hers had the very strong powers of persuation.

"We(The cruel-hearted alien(God)) will be troubled if such persons with inspiration like 'Haru' increase in number."

"Luckily there are less persons with inspiration and people are apt not to believe what are seen by inspiration because the science has developed in modern times."

"However we had much trouble in the age predating the Middle Age."

"What is told by Haru will not be believed in all by Haru's father, because he lives in the age of modern science even if he doesn't doubt much as it is told by his own daughter."

"We have to give performances to die as if we were humans after we have spent a certain period on the earth."

"The existence of them is dangerous to us."

"Then the real stories will become as if they were myths or fairy-tales in several generations."

"Both story-tellers and written documents which tell about our existence will all be lost."

"It is perfect if a few hours after the work are deprived of."

"How can we deprive them of the free time?"

"I hit a good idea."

"That's three S."
"Sports, Sex and Screen are the best."
"Humans who are crazy over three S can have no time to investigate us."

"Let's make sports popular."
"Football, soccer and baseball are very good,aren't they?"
"Let's make humans crazy over them."
"We can kill two birds with one stone, if sex are publicized by the screen of TV and film, can't we?"
"Let's make the human brain full of sex."

"TV, movies and sex are the best means to deprive humans of free time."
"How smart we are!"

"Now humans have no free time."

"The utterances of those who refrain from three S will be ignored as the opinions of freaks by people whose brains are full of three S if we make the scholars patronized by the government deny them."

"If we are not talked about, no one can know about our existence."
