IMHO, for a serious relationship, anything more than 10 yrs younger or
older is a different generation, too much difference in perception of the world. There are however exceptions to every rule, and in some situations it can work. But for it to be an equal partnership, too much age difference tends to lead to the older partner being in control, and that's not for me. 6 years is perfect.  Of course if all you want is a f**k buddy, go for it!
