Mine...2 monitors, medical reference books, printer, lamp, phone, diet pepsi, coaster, bills  speakers, ash tray, cigs, pens, notepads, Robin beanie and a tiny white teddy bear.

I'll just make it easy and go with what's NOT on my desk: A toilet, couch, bed, or refrigerator.

besides my obvious computer accessories...just a flameless candle and a stack off blank cds.
(I cleaned off my desk today! LOL) |

Monitor, printer, dust remover spray, nice n' clean electronic wipes, blank cds and dvds, box of sleeves for cds and dvds, lamp, labels, envelopes, post-its, a couple of other notepad type things, various business cards, packing tape??? (no clue why), pens, pencils, a couple of fine point sharpies, one of the rear speakers to the stereo system, computer speakers, webcam, my cell phone, aaaaaand a cup of lemonade sitting on a coaster.

not much on my desk at work ...cleaned that off and brought everything home and threw it on my home desk.... ......all kinds of crap on my home desk..including my cat! |
