Well depending on what kind of illness and how well my health was holding up. I would want to give all of the people I love something from my heart so that they would have it. Spend as much fun time with those I care about as I could with my health and lastly I would put myself into a hospice so none of my family would get stuck taking care of me while I slowly died.
