write in if no one meets your qualifications

if everyone writes in someone then a message will be sent

I disagree with this one. But..you're right that a vote is not wasted.

But...if someone is a Democrat and votes for Nader and Nader has no way to win, then the Democrats lost a vote. And that helps the other party win. It has happened before.

There is too much to risk with this election to let it happen again. We are fighting for our bread and butter here.

if they do not have a clear winner they have a run off election

here people think they have to vote for lessor of two evils or they waste their vote

need to can the electoral college

and prez candidate should have to have a clear majority to win

if no one has over 50% of the vote

run off election between the top two

but it is better to write in anyone than sit at home whining that your vote does not matter

like i said if everyone that did not vote wrote in any name it would send a clear message

i am not speaking to party members yes it could cost a party member candidate but i am speaking to those that do not vote anyway or do not want neither major party candidate to begin with
