Topic: my sister says i look pregnant

what scares me the most is that she said i have a hard stomach that sticks out and she said that is the worst. my grandma said it is horrible for your heart. my sister also said that her husbands is flabby soft and mushy in the stomach which is better than mine. can anyone help give me a remedy? Thanks
