It is never easy to end a union between two people, whether it be a brief one,or a long standing one. One develops feelings, emotions,a bonding sometimes that you joy at seeing the other, whether it be for a short period of time,or whether you spend yrs together, then have it end for no apparent reason, other than maybe the yrs difference making it a factor,or ones lifestyles change, and the other either will not or cannot adapt.
Saying Goodbye can and usually do leave wounds, which with time either fester and get worse until it consumes you completely,or it slowly heals and the area is always visible as a reminder of that fatal day when a once loved body,is no more. Life does take its toll, life can be so very hard, but life is the way it is,and I as you must learn to be able to cope, learn by pain and grieving, and the utmost, finally healing and moving on. Life is a learning experience and as my Dad always said,"If you ever stop learning, you might as well be dead" Thanks for reading, Rodster |

Goodbyes are my least favourite part of the process of connecting with people ... thanks for putting a gentle, positive spin on it for me!
