which reminds me, have you heard that if you drink beer (non-alcoholic of course) it increases breast milk production. so anyone who feels she produces too little, give this a try.... I have heard the same...I don't know if it's true or not though...and also that lettuce and leafy greens help...not sure why.

of course breast milk is by far the most superior form of nutrition(food) for a baby IMO all children sould be breast fed ffor the frst few years or until mother no longer produces enough

You eat leafy greens because all the nutrients in your body go straight to your milk so if you are eating junk food you are always hungry because your body is wanting you to eat, just the right things.

we use to have milk wars when we were kids,,,,,,,oh sour milk really stinks,,,,,,,,,,,we were milking cows,,,not women ,,then,,,,,,,,,damn debbi,see th milk
