So I had this thought, been emailing this person back and forth for a few weeks now (only a friendship for now mind you), and we had exchanged numbers some time ago. I was considering trying to surprise her when she came online tomorrow night, and calling her out of the blue. But at the same time don't want to make her uncomfortable either. Might just ask her first to make sure she's ok with it, but not totally sure how I should handle this. What do you guys think? At least initially, it's a sign of respect to ask if it's okay to call. As for even the current time, I probably wouldn't just call sometimes because of the time differences. Initial voice contact, definitely make sure she is clear that it's okay, and remember, Vampires have to be invited it.

I think your very sweet to be even thinking about the logistics of all this. Some men would have already called, others would be playing dating games and making her wait awhile before she gets the "honor" of their voice. If you've been talking to her for quite some time I think it would be fine to surprise her and call. It just might make her day! And I do agree....confidence is a trait girls love! Good Luck!

Well I was gonna try, but with the timing issues (and reception indoors), doesn't sound as though it was going to work. Could still try it this afternoon, though she likely would be eating on break so that probably wouldn't work either. Perhaps some other time I guess.
EDIT: I think I'll try tomorrow, she'll be at her folks then so it shouldn't be too bad. Might not be as big a surprise though, since I had to sort of out myself as to what I was gonna try and do today (had asked about her breaks), but maybe it will still catch her offguard. |
