The time has come for me to go
I have lived a short life
And have lived it well
I lived my life countless times
I have seen my life come and go
I have lived my past, present and future
So why sould I live this life any more
When you know what's going to happen to you
To family, friends and strangers
When you know what's next
When there's no more suprises
No more unexpected moments
When you can always know the truth
How can you live that way
Knowing what's around the corner
Behind the door
So I say farewell to this world
To this life I lived
So I go
With nary a bang nor whimper
But with a gentle breeze
On a cool summers day

Of great pain and pleasure
