i started working out 2 wks ago to get healthier and feel better about myself..eating better as well.ive begun my change already.. personality wise ? wish i didnt trust so easily and get hurt so quickly anymore...more confidence in myself would be good too..but am working on that too

I'd like to be less shy and more self confident also. If I could talk to people in real life as easy as I can on here, life would be so much easier.
