my landlord wants $ 169 000 for the MOLDY crap box next door AND he will charge pad rental on the poor sap that buys it

You may be able to go through a broker though.......but you still need at least 10% down.

I would buy that assholes moldy box if it was the last box on earth !! I'm not liking it here I WOULDNT buy here !! I have thought about going in on a place with my eldest son but not sure if we would have enough for a down payment he likes the idea but we wouldnt buy a place way out in the sticks
